How to apply:

How to apply

If this sounds like you, please send the following documents in English combined into one single PDF file entitled “Communications Student Assistant – Your Name” and send it to recruitment@holocaustremembrance.com by 10 April 2026:

  • Your CV. Please don’t include a photo or information about gender, birth year/place, faith, or citizenship. It helps us if your CV specifically outlines how you meet the requirements in the job description.

We don’t need a cover letter, but would love to see examples of your work. You could send up to three of the following if you have them, with a few bullet points outlining your role in creating them:

  • A writing sample on any topic, no more than 2 pages (an excerpt is fine).
  • An example of a social media post or video you created. (If you don’t have one, you could create a draft post for LinkedIn for a resource you find on our website: Tools & Resources – IHRA)
  • Another piece of communication material you had a role in creating.

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a short test. Interviews will take place on 23 and 24 April.

The IHRA is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. We encourage applications from qualified individuals of all backgrounds, regions, and cultures. Where qualifications are equal, preference will be given to candidates with severe disabilities.
